Questions
How long does payment take?
We pay within 5 business days of receiving your device. Drop it off in one of our stores and we can pay you on the spot.
How long is my quote valid?
Your quote is locked for 21 days. Ship it or drop it off within that window, or the quote expires and you'll need a new one.
Do I need to remove my accounts?
Yes. Before you send it, sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My (iPhone), or remove your Google and Samsung accounts (Android), then take out your SIM card. We can't buy a device that's still locked to an account.
What if my phone is cracked?
We still buy it. Choose Cracked or Minor Issue in the quote tool to see your price.
What if inspection finds a different condition?
We send you a revised offer. Accept it and we pay the new amount. Decline it and we return your device free.
Do you buy locked or financed phones?
We can't buy phones that are blacklisted, reported lost or stolen, or locked to an iCloud or Google account. If your phone is still on a financing plan or carrier contract, pay it off first.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Every device we buy is securely wiped before it's resold. Back it up and reset it before you send it, too.
