Questions buyers ask

Which iPhone 15 models support Apple Intelligence?
Only the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus do not.
Does the iPhone 15 have USB-C?
Yes, every model. The Pro models support faster USB 3 transfers.
iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max?
Same chip and main camera. The Pro Max has a 6.7-inch screen, 5x zoom instead of 3x, and starts at 256GB.
Is the iPhone 15 Pro titanium?
Yes. The 15 Pro and Pro Max have a titanium frame. The 15 and 15 Plus are aluminum.
Does the iPhone 15 have the Dynamic Island?
Yes, every iPhone 15 model has it.
Is it safe to buy a refurbished iPhone?
Yes, when the seller tests every phone and backs it with a warranty. Every refurbished phone we sell is fully working, unlocked, covered by a warranty of 90 days to 1 year, depending on grade, and returnable within 14 days. See our promise for how we check each one.
What battery health will I get?
At least 80% on every refurbished phone. For context, Apple designs the iPhone 15 and later to keep 80% of their original capacity after 1,000 charge cycles, and the iPhone 14 and earlier after 500. You can check it any time in Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health.
Refurbished or new: what is the difference?
A refurbished phone has had a previous owner. It is tested, cleaned and graded on how it looks, and it costs less than new. The grade only describes cosmetic wear. Every grade is fully working.
How much storage do I need?
128GB suits most people. Choose 256GB or more if you shoot a lot of video, play big games or keep your photos on the phone. 64GB works if you mostly use calls, messages and a few apps and keep photos in iCloud.
Will it work with my carrier?
Yes. Every phone is unlocked and works with any Canadian carrier. Insert your SIM card or set up an eSIM and keep your current plan.

Want Apple Intelligence on a non-Pro model? Every phone in the iPhone 16 series supports it.

Prices in this collection currently run from $569.99 to $1,649.99, depending on model, storage and condition.

Switched from an iPhone 11 and honestly wish I'd done it sooner. The camera is a huge step up, especially at night, and the battery actually makes it through my whole shift. Box was sealed and it showed up in two days. Setup was painless since I just used the quick start from my old phone.

Moved my old phone over with Quick Start and it was done in no time. Titanium frame is light for how big it is. A few small scuffs but it's all cosmetic and everything works. Would buy again.

Replacing a phone that wouldn't hold a charge anymore. Face ID is quick and I haven't had a single issue. Light wear on the edges like the listing said, nothing that bothers me. No complaints at all.
