Battery health was 74% which is lower than I was told, and it's dead by mid afternoon. An accessory listed in the description was missing from the box. Hoping the replacement goes better.

Questions buyers ask
Does the iPhone 11 have 5G?
No. All three models use 4G LTE, which works on every Canadian network. 5G starts with the iPhone 12 series.
What is the difference between the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro?
The 11 Pro has a sharper OLED screen, a third camera with 2x optical zoom, and a smaller 5.8-inch body. The iPhone 11 has a 6.1-inch LCD and two cameras.
Does the iPhone 11 get the latest iOS?
The iPhone 11 series runs iOS 26.
What charger does it use?
Lightning. It also supports Qi wireless charging.
Is the iPhone 11 still good in 2026?
For calls, messages, social apps, maps and photos, yes. It runs iOS 26. If you plan to keep it for several years, a newer series will get updates for longer.
Is it safe to buy a refurbished iPhone?
Yes, when the seller tests every phone and backs it with a warranty. Every refurbished phone we sell is fully working, unlocked, covered by a warranty of 90 days to 1 year, depending on grade, and returnable within 14 days. See our promise for how we check each one.
What battery health will I get?
At least 80% on every refurbished phone. For context, Apple designs the iPhone 15 and later to keep 80% of their original capacity after 1,000 charge cycles, and the iPhone 14 and earlier after 500. You can check it any time in Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health.
Refurbished or new: what is the difference?
A refurbished phone has had a previous owner. It is tested, cleaned and graded on how it looks, and it costs less than new. The grade only describes cosmetic wear. Every grade is fully working.
How much storage do I need?
128GB suits most people. Choose 256GB or more if you shoot a lot of video, play big games or keep your photos on the phone. 64GB works if you mostly use calls, messages and a few apps and keep photos in iCloud.
Will it work with my carrier?
Yes. Every phone is unlocked and works with any Canadian carrier. Insert your SIM card or set up an eSIM and keep your current plan.
If you want 5G, MagSafe or an OLED screen on the standard model, step up to the iPhone 12 series.
Prices in this collection currently run from $229.99 to $739.99, depending on model, storage and condition.

Replacing a phone that wouldn't hold a charge anymore. OLED screen still looks great and the three cameras are handy. Moved everything over from my old phone in about 20 minutes
