Questions buyers ask

Is the iPhone 17e new or refurbished?
The iPhone 17e is brand new and sealed. The iPhone 17, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max are refurbished.
Does the iPhone 17 have a 120Hz screen?
Yes. Every iPhone 17 model except the 17e has a 120Hz ProMotion screen with an always-on display.
iPhone 17 or 17 Pro?
The Pro adds a third camera with 4x optical zoom, the A19 Pro chip, USB 3 speeds and longer battery life. Both have a 6.3-inch 120Hz screen.
Why are there two battery figures for the Pro models?
eSIM-only versions have room for a larger battery. The higher figure is for those versions.
Does the iPhone 17 support Apple Intelligence?
Yes, every iPhone 17 model supports it.
Is it safe to buy a refurbished iPhone?
Yes, when the seller tests every phone and backs it with a warranty. Every refurbished phone we sell is fully working, unlocked, covered by a warranty of 90 days to 1 year, depending on grade, and returnable within 14 days. See our promise for how we check each one.
What battery health will I get?
At least 80% on every refurbished phone. For context, Apple designs the iPhone 15 and later to keep 80% of their original capacity after 1,000 charge cycles, and the iPhone 14 and earlier after 500. You can check it any time in Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health.
Refurbished or new: what is the difference?
A refurbished phone has had a previous owner. It is tested, cleaned and graded on how it looks, and it costs less than new. The grade only describes cosmetic wear. Every grade is fully working.
How much storage do I need?
128GB suits most people. Choose 256GB or more if you shoot a lot of video, play big games or keep your photos on the phone. 64GB works if you mostly use calls, messages and a few apps and keep photos in iCloud.
Will it work with my carrier?
Yes. Every phone is unlocked and works with any Canadian carrier. Insert your SIM card or set up an eSIM and keep your current plan.
