Shipping & delivery

Shipping across Canada
We ship within Canada only for now. Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 to any address in Canada. Express shipping is available at checkout for $20.

Processing time
We process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer for remote areas, during holidays, or because of carrier delays.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Where we ship
We ship within Canada only for now. We can't ship to the United States or other countries yet. We are an online store, so every order is shipped. There is no in-store pickup.

Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't get it, email info@thesmartsource.ca with your order number and we'll make it right.

Wrong address
Check your shipping address before you place your order. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can't change the address once the order has shipped.
