Every device is fully tested and works like it should. The condition only describes how it looks: Excellent has no visible signs of use, Good has light signs of use, and Fair has visible scratches but no cracks.

What warranty do I get?

Every device comes with a free warranty against hardware faults: 90 days on Fair and Good, 6 months on Excellent and Premium, 1 year on New. If something goes wrong, we make it right. See what's covered

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return it. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and you cover return shipping. If it is defective or not as described, you get a full refund.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 anywhere in Canada, delivered in 3–7 business days after 1–3 business days of processing. Express is available at checkout. We ship within Canada only for now.

Can I trade in my old phone?

Les AirPods 3 sont-ils résistants à l'eau?

Oui. Les écouteurs et le boîtier sont certifiés IPX4 pour la résistance à la sueur et à l'eau. Ça couvre l'entraînement et la pluie, pas la baignade.

Combien de temps dure la batterie?

Selon Apple, l'autonomie d'écoute atteint jusqu'à 6 heures par charge (5 avec l'audio spatial), et jusqu'à 30 heures au total avec le boîtier, à l'état neuf. La santé de la batterie varie d'un appareil à l'autre.

Comment se fait la recharge?
