Switched from an iPhone 11 and honestly wish I'd done it sooner. The camera is a huge step up, especially at night, and the battery actually makes it through my whole shift. Box was sealed and it showed up in two days. Setup was painless since I just used the quick start from my old phone.

Was really nervous about buying refurbished but I cannot find a single mark on this thing. Battery health says 92% and it's been holding up great for a month now. Saved around $500 compared to buying new so yeah, happy. Would buy refurbished again.

Took a photo of the moon at my cousin's wedding and everybody lost it lol. The S Pen is way more useful than I thought it'd be for quick notes, and the screen is stupid bright outside. Only downside is it's a heavy phone but I'll live.
