Questions buyers ask
Does the Galaxy S21 have Galaxy AI?
No. The S21 series got Circle to Search in an update, but not the full Galaxy AI feature set. Galaxy AI starts with the S22 series.
Does the Galaxy S21 still get updates?
Its 4 Android upgrades are finished (Android 11 to 15). For longer support, choose the S24 series or newer, which get 7 years.
Galaxy S21 or S21 FE?
They share the Snapdragon 888. The FE has a bigger 6.4-inch screen and a larger 4,500mAh battery. The S21 is smaller and lighter, at 169 g.
Does the S21 Ultra come with an S Pen?
No. It supports the S Pen, but the pen is sold separately and there is no slot to store it in the phone.
Does the Galaxy S21 have a microSD slot?
No. None of the S21 models has a microSD slot, so choose your storage up front.
Is it safe to buy a refurbished phone?
Yes, when the seller tests every phone and backs it with a warranty. Every refurbished phone we sell is fully working, unlocked, covered by a warranty of 90 days to 1 year, depending on grade, and returnable within 14 days. See our promise for how we check each one.
What battery health will I get?
At least 80% on every refurbished phone. We measure battery capacity before a phone is listed, and phones below 80% get a new battery first.
Refurbished or new: what is the difference?
A refurbished phone has had a previous owner. It is tested, cleaned and graded on how it looks, and it costs less than new. The grade only describes cosmetic wear. Every grade is fully working.
How much storage do I need?
128GB suits most people. Choose 256GB or more if you shoot a lot of video, play big games or keep your photos on the phone. None of these phones has a microSD slot, so pick your storage up front.
Will it work with my carrier?
Yes. Every phone is unlocked and works with any Canadian carrier. Insert your SIM card or set up an eSIM and keep your current plan.
Want Galaxy AI and longer software support? Look at the Galaxy S23 series or newer.
Prices in this collection currently run from $209.99 to $1,029.99, depending on model, storage and condition.

Order came in two days with tracking the whole way. Great value, I didn't need a flagship. Battery lasts a full day and then some. No marks anywhere, honestly looks like it just came out of the box.

Arrived on the day they said it would, which I appreciate. The zoom is still crazy good for a phone this age. Transferred everything with Smart Switch in about 15 minutes. Came unlocked and worked on my carrier right away

Ngl, packaging was solid, nothing rattling around in the box. Upgrading from a phone that was about four years old. Fingerprint reader is quick and accurate. Speakers are loud and clear. The zoom is still crazy good for a phone this age.
