Questions buyers ask
Does the Galaxy S23 have Galaxy AI?
Yes. Every S23 model, including the S23 FE, got Galaxy AI with One UI 6.1.
Galaxy S23 or S23 FE?
The S23 has the faster Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and weighs 168 g. The FE has a bigger 6.4-inch screen and a larger 4,500mAh battery, and costs less.
Galaxy S23 Ultra or S24 Ultra?
The S24 Ultra adds a titanium frame, a flat screen, a 5x zoom lens instead of 10x, and 7 years of updates. The S23 Ultra costs less and keeps 10x optical zoom.
How long will the S23 get updates?
Samsung promised 4 Android upgrades, from Android 13 to Android 17.
Does the S23 Ultra have an S Pen?
Yes, built in.
Is it safe to buy a refurbished phone?
Yes, when the seller tests every phone and backs it with a warranty. Every refurbished phone we sell is fully working, unlocked, covered by a warranty of 90 days to 1 year, depending on grade, and returnable within 14 days. See our promise for how we check each one.
What battery health will I get?
At least 80% on every refurbished phone. We measure battery capacity before a phone is listed, and phones below 80% get a new battery first.
Refurbished or new: what is the difference?
A refurbished phone has had a previous owner. It is tested, cleaned and graded on how it looks, and it costs less than new. The grade only describes cosmetic wear. Every grade is fully working.
How much storage do I need?
128GB suits most people. Choose 256GB or more if you shoot a lot of video, play big games or keep your photos on the phone. None of these phones has a microSD slot, so pick your storage up front.
Will it work with my carrier?
Yes. Every phone is unlocked and works with any Canadian carrier. Insert your SIM card or set up an eSIM and keep your current plan.
Want 7 years of updates? Every Galaxy S24 model gets them.
Prices in this collection currently run from $339.99 to $1,099.99, depending on model, storage and condition.

Tracking updates were accurate, which is rare. Battery lasts a full day and then some. Screen is bright for a phone at this price. Gets a bit laggy when I have lots of apps open.

Great value, I didn't need a flagship. Cameras are good in daylight for the price. Premium grade is accurate, I can't find a single scratch.

Was nervous about ordering online but this went smooth. Got it for work since my company won't pay for a new one. One UI is smooth and I like how customizable it is. Cameras are great, the zoom especially. Battery gets me through a full day with room to spare. Cosmetically it's close to perfect, only a tiny mark on the edge if you look hard.

came unlocked and worked on my carrier right away. Screen is gorgeous and bright, even in direct sun. S Pen is handy and the 200MP camera takes super detailed shots. Packaging was fine but the shipping label was a little torn. Not pretty, but it was described honestly and it does the job.
