What decides what your Samsung is worth
- Series. Galaxy S Ultra and Z Fold models hold the most value. Budget Galaxy A phones are worth much less on resale.
- Age. Values drop as models age, and often drop when Samsung launches the next Galaxy S each year.
- Storage. Every step up in storage adds to the offer.
- Condition. Scratches and dents move it down a grade. Cracked glass is the biggest drop on a working phone. On foldables, check the inner screen and the hinge.
- Battery health. Like new needs 85% or more, Good needs 80% or more. Check it in the Samsung Members app under Support, Phone diagnostics, Battery status.
- Locks. The phone must be paid off, unlocked, signed out of your Google and Samsung accounts and not reported lost or stolen.
How to get the most for your Galaxy
- Grade it honestly. Check the screen and back under a bright light. An honest pick means the quote holds after inspection.
- Sell before the next Galaxy S launch. Values often drop most when the new models come out early in the year.
- Back up, sign out and reset. Remove your Google account (this turns off Factory Reset Protection) and sign out of your Samsung account (this turns off Find My Mobile). Our Samsung reset guide covers every step.
- Remove your SIM and eSIM. Take out the SIM card and delete or transfer your eSIM.

What does "Like new", "Good" and "Fair" mean?
Like new: no visible scratches or dents, battery health 85% or more. Good: light scratches or scuffs only, battery health 80% or more. Fair: deep scratches, scuffs or small dents, no cracks. Cracked: cracked front or back glass, everything else works.
Do you buy cracked or broken Samsung phones?
Yes, for most models. Pick Cracked if the front or back glass is cracked but everything else works, or Not working if it does not turn on or has a major fault. The newest Galaxy S26, Z Fold8, Z Flip8 and Z Fold4 are bought sealed only for now.
Why is my Galaxy A phone worth so little?
Budget Galaxy A phones sell new for much less than flagships, so their resale value is low. If the offer is small, keeping it as a backup or a kid's first phone can make more sense.

How do I get paid?
Get a quote, and we email you a prepaid shipping label. We pay you within 5 business days of receiving your phone.
Do I need to remove my Samsung and Google accounts?
Yes. Remove your Google account to turn off Factory Reset Protection, and sign out of your Samsung account to turn off Find My Mobile. We cannot buy phones that are still locked to an account.
Can I sell a Samsung that is still on a payment plan?
Pay off the balance first. We can only buy phones that are fully paid off, unlocked and not reported lost or stolen.
