Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 anywhere in Canada, delivered in 3–7 business days after 1–3 business days of processing. We ship within Canada only for now.
Shipping detailsYou have 14 days to return it. If it's defective or not as described, you get a full refund. Change-of-mind returns have a 15% restocking fee.
Return policyEvery device comes with a free warranty against defects: 90 days on Fair and Good, 6 months on Excellent and Premium, 1 year on New. Accidents like drops and cracks aren't covered by the warranty.
