What is SmartSource Pro?

SmartSource Pro is the wholesale side of SmartSource. It sells the same certified pre-owned and new devices in volume to stores that resell and to companies that equip their teams, priced by quote, with invoice terms for approved accounts.

Who can open a Pro account?

Any registered business in Canada: retail stores, online resellers, repair shops, companies buying for staff, schools and non-profits. Apply with the form above and we'll confirm by email.

Is there a minimum order?

Tell us your quantities and we'll confirm what we can quote. For one or two devices, you can buy from the regular SmartSource store.

Why can't I see prices or buy online?

Pro prices depend on the models, grades and quantities in your order, so every order is quoted. Browse what we have and can source, then request a quote and we'll send it as an invoice.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. Every quote goes out as an invoice you can pay online. Approved accounts can get net-30 terms.

What do the grades mean?

Every device is graded Excellent, Good or Fair on the same scale, so a lot of 20 looks like the sample you expect. See our grading and promise.

What warranty and returns do business orders get?

Every device has up to a 1-year warranty. Returns follow our return policy. For large lots, tell us about any issue and the wholesale desk will sort it out with you.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. GST, HST or QST is charged based on the ship-to province and shown on your invoice. If your business is exempt, tell us when you apply.
