The Pixel 10 uses a 48MP main camera with a 1/2-inch sensor. A bigger sensor takes in more light, which shows most in low light, indoors and at night.
The ultra wide gap is big too. The Pro has a 48MP ultra wide with autofocus, which also handles Macro Focus close-ups. The Pixel 10 has a 13MP ultra wide. Both phones have a 5x telephoto, but the Pro's is 48MP against 10.8MP, so zoomed shots keep more detail. The Pro's Pro Zoom goes up to 100x. The Pixel 10's Super Zoom goes up to 20x.
Selfies and video calls look sharper on the Pro thanks to its 42MP front camera. The Pro also adds Pro camera controls, 50MP High-Res Portrait Mode and 8K video through Video Boost.
That said, the Pixel 10 still takes excellent photos. Most of Google's camera features, like Night Sight, Add Me, Camera Coach, Magic Eraser and Best Take, work on both.
