Questions buyers ask

Does the Galaxy S22 have Galaxy AI?
Yes. The S22 series got Galaxy AI through the One UI 6.1 update in 2024.
Does the S22 Ultra have an S Pen?
Yes, built in. It slides into the bottom of the phone.
Galaxy S22 or S22+?
Same chip and cameras. The S22+ has a bigger 6.6-inch screen, a 4,500mAh battery instead of 3,700mAh, 45W charging and a brighter 1,750-nit screen.
How long will the S22 get updates?
Samsung promised 4 Android upgrades, from Android 12 to Android 16.
Does the Galaxy S22 have a microSD slot?
No. Choose your storage up front.
Is it safe to buy a refurbished phone?
Yes, when the seller tests every phone and backs it with a warranty. Every refurbished phone we sell is fully working, unlocked, covered by a warranty of 90 days to 1 year, depending on grade, and returnable within 14 days. See our promise for how we check each one.
What battery health will I get?
At least 80% on every refurbished phone. We measure battery capacity before a phone is listed, and phones below 80% get a new battery first.
Refurbished or new: what is the difference?
A refurbished phone has had a previous owner. It is tested, cleaned and graded on how it looks, and it costs less than new. The grade only describes cosmetic wear. Every grade is fully working.
How much storage do I need?
128GB suits most people. Choose 256GB or more if you shoot a lot of video, play big games or keep your photos on the phone. None of these phones has a microSD slot, so pick your storage up front.
Will it work with my carrier?
Yes. Every phone is unlocked and works with any Canadian carrier. Insert your SIM card or set up an eSIM and keep your current plan.

Want longer software support? The Galaxy S24 series gets 7 years of updates.

A few light marks on the back but everything works fine and battery health is decent. Good deal overall. Would have liked a charger in the box but that's on me for not reading the listing properly.

Tracking updates were accurate, which is rare. Bought it for my daughter who just started high school. Cameras are great, the zoom especially. S Pen slot is why I picked this over the S24. Paid roughly $250 less than a new one would have been. Gets warm when I'm gaming. Four stars because of one small thing.
