Every device is fully tested and works like it should. The condition only describes how it looks: Excellent has no visible signs of use, Good has light signs of use, and Fair has visible scratches but no cracks.

What warranty do I get?

Every device comes with a free warranty against hardware faults: 90 days on Fair and Good, 6 months on Excellent and Premium, 1 year on New. If something goes wrong, we make it right. See what's covered

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return it. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and you cover return shipping. If it is defective or not as described, you get a full refund.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 anywhere in Canada, delivered in 3–7 business days after 1–3 business days of processing. Express is available at checkout. We ship within Canada only for now.

Can I trade in my old phone?

The AirPods 3 are open-fit wireless earbuds, released in October 2021. We sell them in Fair, Good, Excellent and Premium grades. Grades describe looks only, and every grade works like new.

Who the AirPods 3 are for

  • You want Spatial Audio with head tracking.
  • You find ear tips uncomfortable and prefer an open fit.
  • You work out or walk in the rain. The buds and case are rated IPX4.

Skip them if you need noise cancellation or a USB-C case.

Also consider the AirPods 4 for a USB-C case and an IP54 rating.

No. For noise cancellation, look at AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation or AirPods Pro.

Are the AirPods 3 water resistant?

Yes. The buds and case are rated IPX4 for sweat and water resistance. That covers workouts and rain, not swimming.

How long does the battery last?

Apple quotes listening time of up to 6 hours (5 with Spatial Audio) per charge, and up to 30 hours in total with the case, when new. Battery health varies by unit.

How does it charge?

The case charges by Lightning. Only the MagSafe Charging Case version charges wirelessly, on MagSafe or Qi chargers.

The AirPods 4 add a USB-C case and an IP54 rating.
