What do the conditions mean?

Every device is fully tested and works like it should. The condition only describes how it looks: Excellent has no visible signs of use, Good has light signs of use, and Fair has visible scratches but no cracks.

What warranty do I get?

Every device comes with a free warranty against hardware faults: 90 days on Fair and Good, 6 months on Excellent and Premium, 1 year on New. If something goes wrong, we make it right. See what's covered

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return it. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and you cover return shipping. If it is defective or not as described, you get a full refund.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 anywhere in Canada, delivered in 3–7 business days after 1–3 business days of processing. Express is available at checkout. We ship within Canada only for now.

Can I trade in my old phone?

The AirPods Pro 3 are wireless earbuds with ear tips and noise cancellation, released in September 2025. We sell them in Fair, Good, Excellent and Premium grades. Grades describe looks only, and every grade works like new.

Who the AirPods Pro 3 are for

  • You want Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode.
  • You want Spatial Audio with head tracking.
  • You want a sealed fit with 5 sizes of silicone ear tips.
  • You work out or walk in the rain. The buds and case are rated IP57.
  • You lose things. The case has a Find My speaker.

Skip them if you need the case to hold the most total listening time (24 hours vs 30 on Pro 2).

Also consider the AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C) for up to 30 hours with the case.

Do the AirPods Pro 3 have noise cancellation?

Yes. They have Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode.

Are the AirPods Pro 3 water resistant?

Yes. The buds and case are rated IP57 for sweat and water resistance. That covers workouts and rain, not swimming.

How long does the battery last?

Apple quotes listening time of up to 8 hours with ANC (7.5 with Spatial Audio; 6.5 with heart rate sensing) per charge, and up to 24 hours with ANC in total with the case, when new. Battery health varies by unit.

How does it charge?

The case charges by USB-C. It also charges on MagSafe, Qi or Apple Watch chargers.

Does it have the hearing aid feature in Canada?

No. Apple says it cannot offer the Hearing Test or Hearing Aid features in Canada yet. Hearing Protection is available.

AirPods Pro 3 or AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C): what is the difference?

The AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C) add up to 30 hours with the case.
