Questions buyers ask
Does the Pixel 7 still get updates?
Android version updates have ended. Security updates continue to October 2027 on the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro, and to May 2028 on the Pixel 7a.
Pixel 7 or Pixel 7a?
They share the Tensor G2. The Pixel 7 has a bigger 6.3-inch screen, IP68, faster wireless charging and Battery Share. The 7a has a higher-resolution 64MP main camera and gets security updates for longer.
Does the Pixel 7 have zoom?
Only the Pixel 7 Pro has a telephoto lens, with 5x optical zoom.
Can I use Face Unlock for payments on the Pixel 7?
No. On the Pixel 7 series, Face Unlock only unlocks the phone. Use the fingerprint sensor for banking and payment apps.
Is the Pixel 7a waterproof?
It is rated IP67. The Pixel 7 and 7 Pro are rated IP68.
Is it safe to buy a refurbished phone?
Yes, when the seller tests every phone and backs it with a warranty. Every refurbished phone we sell is fully working, unlocked, covered by a warranty of 90 days to 1 year, depending on grade, and returnable within 14 days. See our promise for how we check each one.
What battery health will I get?
At least 80% on every refurbished phone. We measure battery capacity before a phone is listed, and phones below 80% get a new battery first.
Refurbished or new: what is the difference?
A refurbished phone has had a previous owner. It is tested, cleaned and graded on how it looks, and it costs less than new. The grade only describes cosmetic wear. Every grade is fully working.
How much storage do I need?
128GB suits most people. Choose 256GB or more if you shoot a lot of video, play big games or keep your photos on the phone. None of these phones has a microSD slot, so pick your storage up front.
Will it work with my carrier?
Yes. Every phone is unlocked and works with any Canadian carrier. Insert your SIM card or set up an eSIM and keep your current plan.
Want 7 years of updates? Every Pixel 8 model gets them.
Prices in this collection currently run from $309.99 to $699.99, depending on model, storage and condition.

Everything in the box matched the listing. Call quality is clear on both ends. Battery is only okay with heavy use. It's fine for the price.
